Quarantine Tour
qTour is back and better than ever! Players are invited to play as many of the (still free!) 22 scheduled events they want to earn ranking points on the qTour Order of Merit.
Format
Tournaments are played best-of-7 (first to 4 legs) 501 throughout. Players earn 1 ranking point for every match they play, with the tournament winner receiving a 2-point bonus. An end-of-season qTour Championship will be held in December for the top 8 point-earners.
Tournament Livestreaming
Most tournaments will be live-streamed on the City League Darts. Players must be using their device’s native Skype application, not Skype for web, in order to be streamed.
Technology
Quarantine Tour is run on a suite of free software.
- Darts Atlas for scorekeeping, registration, leaderboard, and stats
- Skype for video conferencing
- Slack for player coordination and communications
Calendar
Schedule is subject to change. Adjustments will be made once the 2021 PDC calendar is released.
Tournaments are held on Sundays at 1pm Eastern U.S. time.

All players are expected to show respect to their opponents and to the game. Failure to do so will result in loss of ranking points and suspensions. Example offenses include, but are not limited to:
- Not ready to play on time
- Talking after your score has been entered
- Excessive background noise
- Interruptions or delays during the match
- Consistent equipment failure
How It Works
Joining Quarantine Tour
- Request an invitation to the City League Slack.
- Accept your Slack invitation via email (it should arrive within 48 hours).
- Follow instructions on Slack to receive an invitation to the Quarantine Tour on Darts Atlas.
- Accept your Quarantine Tour invitation from your Darts Atlas homepage. You are now able to register for qTour events.
Playing qTour Events
This process will likely change between now and January. Updates will be announced in Slack.
- Register for the qTour tournaments that you want to play, directly on Darts Atlas.
- Check-in on Slack in the
#qtour-2021
channel between 12:45 and 12:55 Eastern U.S. time for your tournament registration to be approved. - The bracket will be posted on Slack at 1pm Eastern U.S. time. Message your opponent on Slack to get their Skype details. If your match is being streamed then the broadcast booth will start the call and will add you and your opponent.
- Join a Skype call with your opponent, cork for the bull, and play your match.
- The winner will be automatically assigned to their next-round match, and is expected to pay attention to the bracket to know when their opponent will be ready. Again, coordinate with your opponent on Slack if you don’t already have their Skype information. Players are allowed a 5-minute break in between matches, starting when both players have concluded their previous-round matches.
- Submit a match report if you experienced any problems during your match. Your match scores and results are automatically processed once the game shot is entered. Match reports are an important tool in maintaining our high technological and ethical standards on the Quarantine Tour.
